Guillermo "Memo" Ochoa, Mexican, Club America FC

At the age of 18 Ochoa made his debut with Club América, during the Clausura 2004 tournament against CF Monterrey, he quickly demonstrated great skill and talent as a goalie. Ochoa won his first championship with America following the Clausura 2005 season. AC Milan and Manchester United made him great offers in 2007, but Ochoa declined them and decided to stay with Club America. At the age of 20 Guillermo Ochoa was called for the 2006 FIFA World Cup as the third choice goalkeeper.

In addition to the World Cup, Ochoa has participated in the 2007 CONCACAF Gold Cup and the 2007 Copa America, where Mexico finished second and third, respectively. He made his 2010 World Cup qualification debut on 28 March 2009 against Costa Rica keeping a clean sheet as Mexico won the match 2-0. Another clean sheet soon followed against Guadalupe.

Fifa considers "Memo" Ochoa one of the five best goalies in the world.
